I'm Gwen, an IAYT-certified yoga therapist and Hatha yoga instructor. I'm also certified in Yoga Tune Up™, guided self-myofascial release, mobility techniques, and mat Pilates. My passion lies in guiding people towards holistic health through mindful movement.

For over 15 years, I've helped individuals address musculoskeletal conditions, find pain relief, and cultivate mindfulness. I believe in personalized practices that consider your unique history and how it influences your mind-body connection.
