In the meantime, get creative! Here are household substitutes to get you started:
Yoga Mat: Essential for cushioning and grip.
Blocks (2): Use large soup cans, sturdy stools, or thick books.
Blankets (2): Beach towels or blankets work well.
Strap (1): A bathrobe belt or scarf can be a good alternative.
Therapy Balls: Substitute tennis balls or lacrosse balls in a sock.
Bolster (optional): A rolled-up towel or couch cushion can be used.
